Report 2 Australian Citizens For Insulting Local Workers, KSBSI Cadres And Indigenous Dayak Residents Will Bury PT SAB Office
KALTENG - Two foreign workers (TKA) from Australia were reported to the Murung Raya Police, Central Kalimantan (Central Kalimantan) for allegedly insulting two workers from Penda Siron, Laung Tuhup District, Central Kalimantan. The two foreigners who work at PT SAB have the initials AK (66) and JAG (63).
"We have reported the two foreign workers to the police," said the reporter's representative, Robert in Puruk Cahu, Antara, Monday, December 13.
Information about the insults came to light via leaked email messages. According to Robert, it is inappropriate to use insulting words.
"We strongly object to the alleged insult by the foreign workers, because the foreign workers' statements in the contents of the email messages that have been leaked and are known to many people have undermined our dignity," he said.
For this reason, his party sued legally and requested that this matter be investigated and investigated. According to Robert, the actions of the foreign workers are strongly suspected of violating and complying with the elements of Article 310 paragraph (1) and Article 311 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which have been stated in his party's report.
Robert stated that he, as an employee of the Murung Raya Confederation of All Indonesian Trade Unions (KSBSI) in the near future, will hold a demonstration at the PT SAB office with the local Dayak community.
"There are 7 points that will be conveyed at the demonstration later, such as urging the President Director of PT SAB to dismiss the two foreign workers who have been reported, urging the Ministry of Manpower to evaluate and impose sanctions in the form of revoking the work permits of the foreign workers in question," he said.
Then, he urges the Murung Raya Police Chief to legally process reports of criminal acts of alleged slander, insult and blasphemy against the residents of Penda Siron Village," he also said.
In addition, he added, the most important point was to ask the Murung Raya Dayak Customary Council (DAD) to process the slanderous acts and remarks conveyed by the two foreign workers to his party as the Siron Regional Government community.
Before reporting to the Murung Raya Police, the two foreign workers had also been reported by Robert and Suhardin to Damang, Penda Siron Village, as well as the Manpower and Transmigration Service and the local district Dayak Customary Council (DAD).
