Paired With Jung Hae In, Jisoo BLACKPINK Admits To Being Lucky To Play Snowdrop

JAKARTA - BLACKPINK's Jisoo took her first leading role through the Korean drama Snowdrop. In this project, he was met with actor Jung Hae In who has been poor across the world of acting.

Jisoo plays Young Ro, a cheerful and very friendly student. “Young Ro is a charming woman. She is a girl who is only 20 years old but her power of attracting attention to others is channeled to me," said Jisoo, launching OSEN on Saturday, December 11.

Jisoo admitted that there are similarities between the character and her daily life, namely a cheerful person. “He sends positive energy to other people that everyone can get along with.”

Talking about his co-stars, Jisoo said she was happy to be paired with Jung Hae In.

"It's very lucky for me that Jung Hae In was the first actor to co-star with me," said Jisoo.

"From the beginning of filming to the end, he always monitored the scene with me and he was trustworthy because he listened to my difficulties," he continued.

According to the oldest member of BLACKPINK, Jung Hae In has extraordinary charm as an actor. "The most extraordinary charm of (Jung Hae In) is that he listens and thinks about other people's concerns," he explained.

Snowdrop tells the love story of Su Ho (Jung Hae In) with Young Ro (Jisoo BLACKPINK) in a dormitory. One day, Su Ho arrives covered in blood and Young Ro decides to take care of Su Ho in secret.

The Korean drama Snowdrop will air from December 18 on JTBC. For Indonesian viewers, you can watch it through Disney+ Hotstar.
