Wants Barcelona To Play Practically Against Bayern Munich, Pique: We Have To Put Pressure On Them
JAKARTA - Barcelona defender Gerard Pique asked his team to play practical when facing Bayern Munich in the last match of Group E of the Champions League at the Allianz Arena Stadium, Munich, Wednesday night local time.
Quoted by Antara from the club's official website, Wednesday, Pique assessed that Barcelona should put Bayern Munich under pressure despite playing at home to The Bavarian.
"We have to take our chances. We have to play a practical game. We have to chase them and put them under pressure at their own home," explained Pique.
The Catalan admits Barcelona's two games against Bayern Munich didn't go the way they expected, but that is in the past.

Pique realizes at this moment Barcelona have to focus on what they can do and the first thing that needs to be done is to keep their goal clean or at least not to concede many goals.
"Our last two games against this team didn't go the way we hoped, but all that is now in the past," said Pique.
"We have to focus on what we can do. The first thing is to keep a clean sheet, or at least not to let us concede a lot of goals."
Pique continued, one way to prevent Bayern Munich from breaking into Barcelona's goal was to stop the productivity of Robert Lewandowski by making the Polish striker away from the Blaugrana area.
"How do we stop Lewandowski? by keeping him out of our area. Robert is a very, very good player and I think his goal is to make a difference in his team. We have to play in their area," said Pique.
Barcelona will travel to the headquarters of Bayern Munich at the Allian Arena Stadium, Munich in the last match of Group E of the Champions League, Wednesday night local time.
Barcelona need a win in order to secure their position in the final standings of Group E to qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League. Currently, Barcelona is in second place in the standings with 7 points from five matches and is only two points away from Benfica, who is in third place.
