Presenting A Hybrid Concept, The G Flavors Presents A New Lifestyle Place In Surabaya
JAKARTA - The G Flavors is a restaurant & bar that recently opened at the Entrance Lobby of Tunjungan Plaza 6, Surabaya in September 2021. The restaurant & bar which has a hybrid concept has three concepts for enjoying a meal such as in a restaurant, lounge or bar.
Customers at The G Flavores can immediately enjoy the three concepts in one place. Thomas Tirta, who is one of the owners and chefs at The G Flavors, said that the meaning of G in The G Flavors is Glamor and Giving.
"Glamour" is a phrase to describe the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. Meanwhile, "giving" is to provide maximum restaurant service, because it not only provides special food, but also provides a place that makes customers have a different impression from other places.

With the tagline "An Affair of Flavors", The G Flavors presents a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere as well as services that make customers get a new experience and ambience.
"Basically, we don't sell drinks and food, but we sell ambience and experience for customers. So we also have intimate relationships with customers," said Thomas Tirta, in a written statement, Tuesday, December 7.
The menu provided by The G Flavors is also inspired by delicious Indonesian cuisine with classic dishes in the world, or better known as contemporary Asian cuisine.
Some of the best and unique dishes from The G flavors are Mexican Peri Peri Chicken, Gyoza Chicken Betutu, Charred Octopus Rica and Truffle Arancini. The protein from the dish is cooked to perfection, resulting in a juicy texture and flavor.
Not only food, The G flavors also presents a series of drinks such as cocktails that can be enjoyed by the people of Surabaya.
"We are also here to prepare the concept of pairing ingredients, which suggest several pairing menus. For example, if a customer wants to order a chicken betutu gyoza, we will accompany it with a drink that matches the food menu," said Thomas Tirta.
