Sandiaga Brings Good News: Hotels For The G20 Summit In Bali Are CHSE Certified
JAKARTA - The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno ensured that the hotels that were used as accommodation facilities for the G20 high-level conference (KTT) in Bali in 2022 were CHSE certified.
For your information, CHSE stands for Cleanliness or cleanliness, Health or health, Safety or security, and Environment Sustainability or environmental sustainability.
"The CHSE certification process continues as part of the G20 preparations," he said in a weekly press briefing, Monday, December 6.
Sandiaga explained that some time ago the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in collaboration with the National Standards Agency (BSN) launched the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the CHSE accreditation scheme.
Furthermore, Sandiaga explained that the CHSE accreditation scheme is one of the efforts to ensure validity and reliability through the Indonesia Care sign which reflects the recovery of national tourism.
Not only that, said Sandiaga, Kemenparekraf also prepared several events with the responsibility as coordinator of three working groups from 11 working groups, namely the Tourism Working Group, International Financial Architecture Working Group, and the Sustainable Finance Working Group.
Then, Sandiaga said that his party had also prepared tours before and after the G20 Summit. The plan is that there will be 46 tour packages consisting of 27 excursion packages and 19 post tour packages.
Furthermore, said Sandiaga, this tour package is located in a number of places such as 19 tour packages in the province of Bali, two tour packages and two post-tour packages in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara; six post-tour packages in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara.
Then, six tour packages and three post-tour packages in Yogyakarta. Then, 6 post-tour packages in Lake Toba, North Sumatra.
"For the province of Bali, there are several locations, such as Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Carang Sari Village, Kintamani Gunung Batur and the Ubud area," he said.
Sandiaga said that later at each location an inspection would be carried out regarding the recommendations for destinations and accommodation for the G20 delegates.
