Tomorrow The Police Status Of The Shooting Person At The Bintaro Toll Exit To Be Determined
JAKARTA - The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation and Porpam Polda Metro Jaya will conduct a case of shooting at the Bintaro Toll Exit. Hold a case to determine the legal status of Ipda OS which until now has the status of being investigated.
"Today, investigators are holding a case to determine the status of Ipda OS," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Monday, December 6.
The title of a case carried out by the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation to ensure whether there is a criminal violation or not. The facts found that there was a shooting action.
Then, the Propam case was carried out to ensure whether there was a violation of standard operating procedures (SOP).
"Tomorrow the status will be announced whether the suspect is a suspect or not and the shooting is in accordance with the SOP or not. So today, all of them are still holding both Crime and Propam," said Zulpan.
Zulpan said that the new case was held because the series of witness examinations had been completed. Where, the witnesses examined were survivors of the shooting.
"(The survivors) We have checked," said Zulpan.
For information, Ipda OS is the suspect in the shooting of Poltak Pasaribu and M. Aruan. The shooting took place at the Bintaro Toll Exit, South Jakarta, on Friday, November 26, at around 19.00 WIB.
In the shooting case, Poltak Pasaribu died after previously undergoing intensive treatment at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital. Meanwhile, another victim, M. Aruan, managed to survive.
