Tenet To Show In Theaters Outside America August 26, In Indonesia When?
JAKARTA - Christopher Nolan's latest film, Tenet, will premiere in cinemas outside the United States starting August 26. However, this film may not be shown in Indonesia.
Variety revealed that a number of countries such as England, France, Belgium, and Egypt will be able to watch Tenet in theaters at the end of this time. They also mentioned two Asian countries, namely South Korea and Indonesia.
However, according to Antara, Thursday, August 13, so far there has been no response from Warner Bros. Pictures Indonesia as the distributor of the Tenet film. This means that they have not received an answer whether this film will be shown here.
Previously, Warner Bros Pictures Indonesia had reposted Tenet posters from Instagram IMAX, with the caption, "Taken with an IMAX camera, the most anticipated film from Christopher Nolan @Tenetfilm will be coming to IMAX theaters around the world starting August 26th."
If you try to look at the cinema side, it is still unclear whether the cinema will open soon, because the decision to open depends on the local government.
"For the opening of the cinema, we still don't know when. The decision lies with the local government, which has the authority to open / close business premises in its area," said Public Relations Manager of CGV Indonesia, Hariman Chalid.
"What we can do now is to follow instructions from the government and finalize preparations for the opening," Hariman continued.
