Depok ASN Prohibited From Leaving The City Before Christmas And 2022 New Year
JAKARTA - The City Government (Pemkot) of Depok, West Java, issued Letter Number: 800/4851-BKPSDM regarding the prohibition of restrictions on activities outside the region for employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) during the Christmas and New Year 2022 period.
"The ban is effective from December 24, 2021, to January 2, 2022," said Head of the Depok City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), Novarita in a statement, Saturday, December 4.
Nova explained that the prohibition on traveling outside the city is excluded for ASN employees who live and work in agencies located in one agglomeration area who will carry out official duties in offices such as the Jabodetabek area.
The prohibition against traveling outside the city is also excluded for ASN employees who carry out official trips outside the region in the context of carrying out official duties who have obtained a letter of assignment and are signed by a minimum of a high-ranking Pratama official or head of the work unit office.

Or ASN employees who are forced to carry out activities to travel outside the region during that period by first obtaining written permission from the staffing officer.
"Limiting leave, ASN employees are not allowed to take leave on dates during the Nataru period, namely from December 24, 2021, to January 2, 2022," he explained.
Leave can be given to ASN who are on maternity leave and/or sick leave and or for important reasons for ASN employees. Then, maternity leave and or sick leave for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).
"If there are ASN employees who violate this, then the person concerned will be given disciplinary punishment as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants and Government Regulation Number 49 of 2018 concerning Management of Government Employees with Work Agreements," he said.
