24 December-2 January 2022, ASN And BUMD Employees In Boyolali Are Prohibited From Taking Leave

BOYOLALI - The Boyolali Regency Government in Central Java Province prohibits state civil servants (ASN) and employees of regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) from taking leave and traveling outside the region during the implementation of PPKM Level 3 on 24 December 2021-2 January 2022.

Regional Secretary Boyolali Masruri said the ban on leave and traveling outside the area applies to government employees and contract workers. ASN and BUMD employees are required to be role models for residents in their respective environments in carrying out government recommendations.

In addition to prohibiting government employees and BUMD from taking leave and traveling outside the region, the district government has also asked the managers of tourist attractions to ensure that health protocols are implemented in tourism activities.

Head of the Boyolali Regency Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office, Supana said the district government had asked the managers of tourist attractions to comply with the provisions regarding PPKM Level 3.

"All destinations are also advised to use the PeduliLindung application when entering and exiting tourist attractions and only visitors to destinations with the yellow and green categories are allowed to enter," he said in Boyolali, Antara, Thursday, December 2.

He said that local governments are trying to prevent crowds by limiting the number of visitors to tourist attractions and public places to a maximum of 50 percent of the capacity of the place and limiting arts, culture and sports activities.
