JAKARTA - DKI Provincial Government through BUMD Bank DKI together with 19 other regional banks distributed business capital loans to MSME players amounting to Rp4 trillion.

This syndicated financing was channeled through an intermediary PT Permodalan Nasional Madani.

DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan said that this credit financing program for business actors is a stimulus to those ultra micro, micro and small entrepreneurs so that later they can develop by injecting capital.

"This capital mechanism is unique, because a syndicate of so many banks works together to distribute and is coordinated by Bank DKI, then it reaches the people," said Anies at City Hall, Central Jakarta, Thursday, November 2.

Meanwhile, the President Director of Bank DKI hopes that this syndicated credit agreement can be a stimulus for economic growth, especially for MSME players during the pandemic.

“Indonesia has 80 percent of MSMEs, so this is what we need to build to raise MSMEs and Bank DKI is included there through Jakpreneur as well. MSMEs need training and assistance, besides that MSMEs are also being encouraged to digitize products and Bank DKI is involved in it," explained Fidri.

Dozens of banks that participated in financing the syndication were Bank Papua, Bank Jatim, Bank Sumsel Babel, Bank Sumut, Bank Kalbar, Bank Jateng, Bank Kaltimtara, Bank Sulselbar, Bank Bali, Bank Sulteng, Bank Kalteng, Bank Bengkulu, and Bank Maluku Malut for financing. conventional.
