Get Call For 212 Action At Monas, 5 Minors Arrested By Police
JAKARTA - Five underage children were detained by police officers when they were about to take part in the 212 Reunion at the Horse Statue area, Monas. The boy was arrested while riding a truck on Jalan Raya Cakung - Cilincing, East Jakarta.
However, when a search was carried out on the cellphone belonging to one of the boys, the police found a WhatsApp group containing an invitation to join the 212 Reunion from the boy's cellphone.
The boy also admitted that he would join the 212 Reunion in the Monas area.
At the time of their arrest, the five children were not wearing any attributes. However, because his movements were suspected, the officers took security.
The police then took the boy to the Cakung Police, for data collection. Officers also gave food and drink to the boy who was detained.

"Later on, the parents of the five children will be called by officers to monitor their children", said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Erwin Kurniawan, to reporters, Thursday, December 2.
The Police Chief emphasized that previously, the Metro Jaya Police had issued a ban on the 212 Reunion, including for minors.
"We will guide the five children before being handed over to their respective parents", he said.
