KPK Is Investigating Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin's Orders Regarding The Procurement Of Goods And Services In Musi Banyuasin Regency
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the order of the inactive Musi Banyuasin Regent Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin regarding the procurement of goods and services. He allegedly ordered the arrangement of the project to be carried out by the private sector.
This investigation was carried out by investigators by summoning two witnesses on Tuesday, November 30 yesterday. They are the Head of Road and Bridge Preservation of the PUPR Office of the Musi Banyuasin Regency, Irfan and the expert staff of the Musi Banyuasin Regent Badruzzaman.
"The investigative team has examined witnesses for the DRA suspect," said Acting Spokesperson for the KPK for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, to reporters, Wednesday, November 1.
During the investigation, investigators explored a number of things. One of them, said Ali, was related to Dodi's orders regarding project arrangements and the amount of the commitment fee that must be paid by the private sector.
"The two witnesses were present and their knowledge was studied, among others, related to orders from Tsk DRA to arrange various projects at the PUPR Office of Muba Regency accompanied by determining the amount of the commitment fee," he said. ).
In that case, the KPK also named three other people as suspects, namely the Head of PUPR District of Musi Banyuasin Regency Herman Mayori; Head of SDA/PPK Department of PUPR, Musi Banyuasin Regency, Eddi Umari; and Director of PT Selaras Simpati Nusantara Suhandy.
The anti-corruption commission suspects that Dodi has committed fraudulent practices by manipulating a number of lists, including making a list of potential partners who will carry out project work whose budget comes from the APBD-P for the 2021 Fiscal Year and provincial financial assistance, including the PUPR Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency.
In addition, it turns out that he has determined the percentage of the fee for each project value with details of 10 percent for him, 3-5 percent for Herman, and 2-3 percent for Eddi and other related parties.
As a result of this impudent practice, the company owned by Suhandy, namely PT Selaras Simpati Nusantara, was declared the winner of the four development projects. The project is the rehabilitation of the Ngulak III Irrigation Area (IDPMIP) in Ngulak III Village, Kec. Sanga with a contract value of IDR 2.39 billion; an increase in the DIR Epil irrigation network with a contract value of Rp. 4.3 billion; improvement of irrigation network of DIR Muara Teladan with a contract value of Rp. 3.3 billion; normalization of Ulak Ria Lake, Sekayu District with a contract value of IDR 9.9 billion.
Dodi is expected to receive a commitment fee of Rp. 2.6 billion from Suhandy. However, when the OTT was carried out, he only received part of the money given through his subordinates, namely Herman and Eddi.
