Direskrimum Polda Confirms Ipda OS The Shooter At The Toll Exit Has Not Been A Suspect
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya stated that Ipda OS, the perpetrator of the shooting at the exit of the Bintaro toll road, had not been named as a suspect. The reason is that there is not enough evidence.
"Currently, the person concerned has not been named a suspect, why? Because to identify him as a suspect, at least 2 pieces of evidence are required," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, to reporters, Tuesday, November 30.
During the investigation, continued Tubagus, there was indeed a shooting incident. However, there are still elements that must be investigated by investigators in determining the suspect.
"The shooting incident did occur, the incident that caused injuries to people did occur, but the purpose of this report still needs to be investigated," said Tubagus.
Moreover, the handling of this case also involved Propam. So, until now we are still waiting for the results of the investigation by the Propam Polda Metro Jaya and the National Police.
"The investigation was carried out by the Propam Division and also the Propam Bid of the Polda Metro Jaya," said Tubagus
The shooting at the Bintaro Toll Exit, South Jakarta occurred on Friday, November 26, at around 19:00 WIB. Two people were victims in the incident.
One shooting victim died after previously undergoing intensive treatment at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital. While one other victim is still undergoing treatment.
Later, the shooter was a member of the Polda Metro Jaya with the initials Ipda OS who served in the Directorate of Traffic.
