JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta Metro Police Special Team for Drugs Unit uncovered two international networked drug cartels in the Aceh and Medan areas. From the hands of the two suspects, 21 kilograms of methamphetamine was confiscated from the results of the raid.

"One suspect with the initials I was arrested precisely in Southwest Aceh with evidence of 21 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Head Kompol Panji Yoga, Tuesday, November 30.

From the arrest of suspect I, the case was expanded to the Loksukon area. From this development, the police again arrested two people in the Medan area.

"We arrested two more people who acted as account holders. One of the perpetrators was a liaison to Malaysia," he said.

Kompol Panji said the perpetrators who were arrested by his staff were an international network between countries.

"The entrants were developed into other networks," he said.

The arrests of these two international cartels are part of the process of hunting for the drug dealers who hit Iptu JM in the rest area of the Palimanan Toll Road, a few days ago. Head of the Central Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Investigation Unit, Kompol Indriwienny Panjiyoga, explained that the perpetrator was arrested after being on the run for several days.
