Police Summons Hadi Pranoto On The Alleged Defamation
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya summoned Hadi Pranoto to be questioned regarding the alleged defamation case. He will be examined as the party who reported this case.
"Today Hadi Pranoto was invited to clarify his report as a reporter," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, Tuesday, August 11.
Originally Hadi Pranoto would be examined at 10.00 WIB. However, Yusri could not confirm whether Hadi had fulfilled this call or not.
"The invitation must be at 10 o'clock, but we do not know yet," he said.
Meanwhile, Hadi Pranoto reported back to the Indonesian Cyber Secretary, Muannas Alaidid to the police regarding the alleged defamation.
The alleged defamation was because Muanas claimed that Hadi did not believe in rapid and swab. In fact, Hadi only talked about cheaper digital technology to detect the COVID-19 virus.
Then questioning the title of professor, according to Hadi, never once introduced himself to the title.
For this reason, Muannas Alaidid is reported under Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (3) Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and / or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and or Article 311 of the Criminal Code regarding Defamation through electronic media. .

Hadi Pranoto and Anji were reported for alleged violations of Article 14 and 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 and Article 28 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 A of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE).
