Mathology Collaborates With 2 Talented Guitarists To Launch Vellichor Monachopsis
JAKARTA - The instrumental rock band Mathology has launched a new single, titled Vellichor Monachopsis, since last July 20. In this song, Mathology involves two talented guitarists to fill in some guitar entries, they are Bacung Thatdamnrabbit (electric guitar) and also Made Dien (nylon guitar).
This single was inspired by musicians such as Monuments, Intervals, Plini, Periphery, and Novelist. Guitar riffs and licks are used more towards modern music or prog rock.
Vellichor Monachopsis tells of a person who is easily carried away by feelings, be it sad, happy, or other feelings that arise easily when experiencing a condition in his life.
On the one hand he feels that he has succeeded in putting his feelings in the right place, but in the end he realizes that he shouldn't be in that situation.
This song has a mood that changes in each part, which is represented by the ups and downs of the song. This certainly describes the feelings of the person referred to in the song.
Mathology personnel worked on the song concept, artistic design, and recording process, then combined and sent the audio data for mixing and mastering by Adyangga in Surabaya.
Now, Vellichor Monachopsis is available in all digital streaming such as Itunes, Spotify, Guvera, etc. The music video will be coming soon.
