Rene Alberts Promises To Maximize Persib Squad When He Meets Arema, Even Without Four Mainstay Players

JAKARTA - Persib Bandung is back on the 2021 Liga 1 competition agenda. In week 14 they are faced with a match against Arema FC. Ahead of the match, Persib was minus four players, even so the coach Robert Rene was determined to spur the team to perform optimally.

"We will do everything to get the three points. My motivation is always the same, which is to win every game, it never changes because there are other factors," Robert Rene Albers was quoted from Persib's official website.

Persib versus Arema match itself will take place on Sunday, November 28 at 20:45 WIB. Appearing at the Maguwoharjo Stadium, Sleman Persib benefited as the host.

On the other hand, Rene Alberts, who is confident in his team, is faced with a harsh reality. Because in the match Maung Bandung will be minus four mainstay players.

The four players who will miss the match are Nick Kuipers, Mohammed Rashid, Victor Igbonefo and Ezra Walian. The first two names are confirmed to be absent because of the accumulation of yellow cards.

As for Victor and Eza, they were forced to miss the call for the national team who were conducting a training camp in Turkey.

Even so, Rene Alberts admitted that he had anticipated the absence of the four players in the training session. He has prepared an equally good substitute.

"It doesn't matter who plays. Because those who appear for PERSIB must play with pride," said the Dutch coach.

The moment of meeting with Arema FC could be said to be a golden moment for Persib. Because, if they manage to get three points, they can shift the position of Bhayangkara FC from the top of the standings.
