Mayapada Hospital, Hospital Company Owned By Conglomerate Dato Tahir Earns Revenue Of IDR 1.54 Trillion And Profit Of IDR 222.02 Billion
JAKARTA - The hospital issuer PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk recorded performance growth in the first nine months of 2021. The revenue of the Mayapada Hospital manager belonging to the conglomerate Dato Sri Tahir rose significantly, reversing the condition from previously losing to profit.
In Sejahteraraya's financial report published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Saturday 27 November, the revenue of issuers coded SRAJ until the third quarter of 2020 shot up to 89.82 percent year on year (yoy) to Rp1.54 trillion. In the same period last year, SRAJ's revenue was recorded at Rp813.71 billion.
Meanwhile, income from hospitalization, including supporting services, is still a pillar with its contribution reaching 63.45 percent or equivalent to Rp. 980.08 billion. This hospitalization achievement increased compared to the same period in the previous year which was recorded at Rp403.90 billion or an increase of 142.65 percent yoy.
Meanwhile, income from outpatient services including support services contributed up to Rp564.50 billion. This achievement also rose 37.75 percent yoy from the achievement of the same period the previous year which was recorded at Rp409.80 billion.
This growth from the top line reversed the condition of the SRAJ bottom line. During the first nine months of 2021, SRAJ pocketed profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of up to Rp222.02 billion. Whereas in the same period last year, SRAJ recorded a loss of up to Rp97.80 billion.
In addition to revenue growth, SRAJ's bottom line was also helped by interest income which grew to Rp25.89 billion from the previous Rp15.38 billion. Other net income, which was recorded at Rp16.71 billion from the previous Rp5.55 billion, became another pillar.
For your information, until the end of September 2021, SRAJ's total assets will be IDR 5.33 trillion. This number grew by 22.74 percent compared to the end of 2020 which was recorded at Rp. 4.36 trillion. Its total liabilities rose 29.17 percent to Rp3.34 trillion and its total equity rose 13.24 percent to Rp1.98 trillion.
