Case Of Alleged Confinement At The Home Of Nirina Zubir's Parents Transferred To The West Jakarta Police, Two People Have Been Examined
JAKARTA - West Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Deputy AKP Niko Purba said his party had investigated Riri and her husband for the alleged case of confinement at the residence of Nirina Zubir's parents.
It was previously known that Riri was a suspect in the mafia case of land certificates belonging to Nirina Zubir's parents. Riri has been detained at the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Metro Jaya Police since being named a suspect.
Different reports. Although Riri and her husband were arrested, they had reported that they were victims of captivity. The report was carried out at the Polda Metro Jaya. However, said Niko, because the location of the detention was in West Jakarta, the case was transferred to the West Jakarta Metro Police.
"We have coordinated with Riri's attorney and received information that the reporter has been detained at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters," Niko told reporters, Friday, November 26.
From this information, Niko continued, his party coordinated with investigators from the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police to ask for Riri's statement regarding the confinement case. However, his party has not sent a summons to the reported party with the initials FK.
"We don't know exactly whether this FK has a sibling relationship with Nirina Zubir," he said.
Later he will examine the FK when the examination of the witnesses in Riri's report has been completed.
"For the time being, there are only two witnesses, Riri and her husband, whom we have questioned at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters," he said.
Previously reported, Riri Khasmita admitted to being held captive by Nirina Zubir's family and reported Nirina Zubir's sister, FK with Article 333 of the Criminal Code concerning deprivation of independence or imprisonment. The report was made before being arrested as a suspect on the report of Nirina Zubir.
Even though he has been detained, the West Jakarta Metro Police continue the process of reporting Riri Khasmita as a reporter for an alleged case of deprivation of independence or his confinement.
"This report from the Regional Police continues to be transferred to the Resort Police. So it is no longer a report," said West Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Avrilendy as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, November 26.
Avrilendy said that Riri had reported Nirina Zubir's brother, Fadlan, with Article 333 of the Criminal Code regarding deprivation of liberty or confinement. Avrilendy has not been able to explain in detail the background of the reported case.
