COVID-19 Update As Of November 26: 453 New Cases, 8,093 Active Cases
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 288,620 specimens were examined with the result that there were 453 new positive cases of COVID-19.
"The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 4,255,268 people and active cases of 8,093 cases", said Ministry of Health data, Friday, November 26.
Today's recovered cases increased by 386 cases, bringing the total to 4,103,379 recovered people. Then, the positive confirmed cases who died increased by 14 people and a total of 143,796 people.
The province with the newest cases was in West Java with 96 cases and a total of 707,628 cases. Followed by DKI Jakarta with 70 new cases with a total of 863,757 cases. Riau has 65 new cases and a total of 128,718 cases. Then, East Java with 47 new cases and a total of 399,305 cases.
Banten province with the most recovered cases today is owned by Banten with an additional 105 recovered cases. Followed by DKI Jakarta with an additional 55 recovered cases, East Java with an additional 37 recovered cases, and West Java with an additional 27 recovered cases.

There are 10 provinces that reported no new cases today, namely Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, West Nusa Tenggara, Central Kalimantan, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku and North Maluku. In addition, the number of specimens that have been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigens reached 53,393,987.
"Positive results per number of people examined or the positivity rate of people this week is 0.20 percent", he wrote.
The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or currently categorized as suspected cases is 6,212 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.
So far, 137,505,204 people have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 93,105,029 people have received the second dose of vaccination. While the third dose of vaccination was 1,224,083. Meanwhile, the target for vaccination in Indonesia is 208,265,720 people.
