Not Presenting Expert Witnesses, Rezky Aditya Is Considered To Admit Wenny's Child?

JAKARTA - The conflict between Wenny Ariani and Rezky Aditya continues. This time, it was reported that Rezky was unable to present an expert witness in the child custody confession trial.

Wenny Ariani's attorney, Sadath said there should have been an expert witness from Rezky's side who came.

"So today, the trial that must be carried out is one expert witness from the defendant as presented by the defendant's attorney last week. However, it turns out that they apparently failed to present an expert witness," Sadath said as reported by Starpro on Friday, November 26.

Wenny considered this action as Rezky's way of not taking his lawsuit seriously.

"This may be a condition that they have doubts about their consistency that they have maintained so far," he said. In addition, it was as if he recognized Keke as his daughter.

"What is certain is about the expert itself, the proving agenda and when the expert who was planned to be later is not present, then maybe from a legal perspective they can't find a room, meaning that they already know that Keke is really the son of Rezky Aditya," he continued.

Sadath explained that from the start Rezky's side did not respond to Wenny's lawsuit because of busy schedules such as filming and other things.

Previously, the public was shocked by the appearance of Wenny who claimed his child was the daughter of Rezky Aditya outside of marriage. Rezky continued to deny this and was reluctant to undergo a DNA test, so Wenny took this case to court.
