Abundant Natural Resources Encourage MSMEs To Increase TKDN Certification
JAKARTA - PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) as a survey service SOE encourages MSME entrepreneurs in Indonesia to advance to class through the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) certificate.
Director of Finance and Risk Management Surveyor Indonesia Rosmanidar Zulkifli, said this collaboration encourages domestic products to be certified TKDN and minimize imports.
Moreover, it is supported by Indonesia's abundant natural wealth to become raw materials that can increase the composition of TKDN (Domestic Component Level).
Director of PT Acer Indonesia Parman Iskak said, if Indonesian business actors want to advance to class, they must see Indonesia more than this. To grow, it must be seen from the calculation of TKDN with a percentage of 70 percent of manufacturing and 30 percent of development.
“The 70 percent percentage contains indirect raw materials, labor, and supporting materials that can be recognized. But the raw materials are directly taken into account if they are made in Indonesia and not sold in Indonesia. As long as the material is still imported, it will not be recognized," said Parman as quoted by Antara, Thursday, November 25. Meanwhile, President Director of PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Timothy Siddik encourages brands that have verified TKDN to be a priority chosen by the government.
"We need more than this, namely making brands that have been verified by TKDN a priority chosen by the government," said Timothy.
According to him, Indonesia needs a product brand that is identical to the country.
“There are many brands in the world that when we call it we always associate it with the name of a country. Our country needs that. Brands that are prioritized and side by side with the country's name are a matter of pride and create added value for products that are TKDN certified," he said.
