If Junimart Girsang Doesn't Apologize, Tomorrow Thousands Of PP Ormas Members Will Occupy The DPR Building

JAKARTA - The aftermath of criticism from the Deputy Chairman of Commission II of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Junimart Girsang, regarding the clashes between the Pancasila Youth Community Organization (Ormas) and the Betawi Rempug Forum (FBR) in Ciledug, has drawn contra from the public.

Junimart Girsang's statement asking the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) to sanction mass organizations has received strong criticism, especially from the Pancasila Youth Organization (PP)

"We don't use the (police) report, we want to go to the DPR RI Building on Thursday, November 25, tomorrow, around 12 noon," said MPW DKI Jakarta Secretary Embay Supriyantoro to VOI, Wednesday 24 November.

Embay strongly condemned the statement of the People's Representative which had tarnished the dignity of the Pancasila Youth organization. He also said that there was no goodwill from Junimart Girsang to apologize.

"There is no (apology), until today there is none. If it was until today at 00.00 WIB, he did not apologize either, tomorrow we will go to Senayan (DPR-MPR Building)," he said.

Embay said that on the same day, Thursday, November 25, MPWs throughout Indonesia would also hold a similar action.

"Later every MPW in Indonesia will move on the same day. In tomorrow's action about two thousand members of PP organizations throughout DKI will come to the DPR RI Building," he said.
