Chronology Of Submission Of The Notary Suspect In The Land Case, Nirina Zubir, Who Initially Claimed Not To Be Wrong
JAKARTA - Erwin Rudian and Ina Rosaina have been named as suspects in the land mafia case, Nirina Zubir. Both of them are Land Deed Officials (PPAT) who are suspected of helping to arrange for the transfer of the name of Nirina's mother's land certificate to a former household member, Riri.
Initially, the two were not willing to accept the position call on Monday, November 22. The police decided to detain Ina Rosaina, who is the Land Deed Making Officer (PPAT) as well as the suspect in the land mafia case, Nirina Zubir. Because, he is considered uncooperative.
"Yes, it is true (he was immediately arrested)," said Head of the Harda Sub-Directorate of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Petrus Silalahi when confirmed, Tuesday, November 23.
After Ina was caught, the police gave an ultimatum to Erwin Riduan to surrender himself. Where, Erwin has been named a suspect in the land mafia case, Nirina Zubir.
"For Erwin, wherever he is, we urge him to immediately appear before the investigators," said Head of the Harda Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Petrus Silalahi to VOI, Tuesday, November 23.
The ultimatum issued due to Erwin's whereabouts is currently unknown. In fact, the police have been looking for him in several places suspected as hiding places.
According to Petrus, the police will publish a wanted list (DPO). Thus, the hunt for its existence will be faster. "We will issue (DPO)," he said.
Less than a day after the ultimatum was issued, the suspect Erwin Rudian surrendered after investigators coordinated with the chairman of the Association of Land Deed Makers (IPPAT) Hapendi Harahap.
"Through IPPAT Chair Hapendi Harahap, call us to surrender," said Petrus to reporters, Tuesday, November 23.
With this coordination, the suspect finally gave himself up. However, it has not been detailed about the location that had been used as a hiding place.
"Our members mobilized all of them and then we waited at the Regional Police. Now they have been brought to the room for further investigation," said Petrus.
After being arrested, Ina and Erwin need to prove their statement that they are not involved as a land mafia. Through a lawyer's statement, Faridah and Ina Rosaina, who are Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT) as well as suspects in the land mafia case, Nirina Zubir, pleaded not guilty. He even asked for a communication room with Nirina to explain what happened.
"Our client in managing the certificates only carries out his duties and positions as a notary and PPAT. Our client is not a gang or syndicate of Riri Khasmita," said his second lawyer, Muadz Heidar in his statement, Friday, November 19.
The rebuttal, said Muadz, was based on Riri the main suspect who came to Faridah's office claiming to be the adopted son of Cut Indramartini, Nirina Zubir's parents.
Riri wants to consult on the management of the title transfer of the land certificate and to make a power of attorney to sell the land certificate. During the meeting, Riri admitted that his actions were a mandate from Cut Indramartini.
"Riri conveyed to our client that all of Riri's actions had been mandated by Mrs. Cut so that the certificates were reversed in Riri's name and at first asked for a deed of power to sell," said Muadz.
Then, at the next meeting, Riri brought Cut Indramartini to come to Faridah's office. Riri asked Cut Indramartini to sign the deed of power of attorney to sell. However, Faridah admitted that she had not been able to publish it because there were incomplete requirements.
Furthermore, Riri came back to Faridah's office to continue to be assisted in the process of changing the name of the land certificate, as well as making the deed of sale and purchase of land. Seeing the previous meeting, where Riri was able to bring Cut Indramartini to her office, Faridah finally complied with Riri's request.
"In the end, our client (Faridah) made a draft of the sale and purchase deed and conveyed that the names listed in the certificate were also present before our client for the signing of the Sale and Purchase Deed," explained Muadz.
This statement is not in line with the statement of Nirina Zubir's family. Before this case went to law, there was an effort from Nirina Zubir's family to resolve the problem amicably with the PPAT parties involved. However, these efforts failed until the case finally entered the legal route.
Nirina Zubir even said that he had been expelled by a notary when trying to solve this problem amicably. "When we arrived on good terms, when we came to look for data at PPAT Ina Rosiana, we were expelled. We were even challenged, 'just go to the legal route'," said Nirina's eldest brother, Fadlan Karim.
