JAKARTA - The chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, admitted that he was accused of being a backing for a woman from the "TNI generals" who was involved in an argument with Arteria Dahlan's mother.

When the dispute occurred, Prasetyo called Arteria with the intention of asking for peace. However, he was accused by Arteria as a backing woman who claimed to be the general's family.

"After I called Arteria, he thought I was backing up. This is wrong again. I'm not backing anyone up. Why should I bother because it's not good either," said Prasetyo at the DKI DPRD Building, Central Jakarta, Tuesday. , November 23.

Prasetyo also admitted that he did not accept the "backing" stamp. "My name was mentioned. Yes, I was confused, and irritated, because my goal was only to help people. If you don't accept it, that's fine," said Prasetyo.

Prasetyo also explained his reasons for helping to reconcile the two parties. Initially, Prasetyo was called by an unknown number claiming to be Zamron, the former Dandim of Central Jakarta.

Then, Zamron asked for Prasetyo's help in reconciling the feud between Arteria Dahlan and the woman who was recognized as his wife. Zamron said he wanted to apologize.

According to the request, Prasetyo then contacted Arteria Dahlan. To Arteria, he admitted that he did not defend either party. Prasetyo hopes that both parties can resolve the problem amicably.

"Because Arteria is like my sister. I've known her for less than a year or two, because I think from PDIP, my goal is, let's just be peaceful," he explained.
