Wife Is Beaten Repeatedly In Malang, The Root Of The Problem Is Revealed Because The Quarrel Refuses To Move

MALANG - It was revealed behind the death of a woman in a hut in Gedangan District, Malang Regency, East Java. The culprit was her husband with the initials MK (61) years old, who had the heart to slash his wife's wife many times to death.

This was revealed by the Malang Police Chief, AKBP Raden Bagoes Wibisono. From the confession, the perpetrator admitted that he was upset because the victim refused to be invited to move from the hut they had been living in. MK himself turned out to be the husband of the victim.

"When asked, the victim refused and used harsh words, so that the perpetrator was emotional and carried out the murder," said Bagoes, Monday, November 22.

The perpetrator continued Bagoes, wanting to invite him to move from there because the land belongs to someone else. However, the victim refused to move because he felt at home because he had lived there for a long time.

However, after that there was an argument because of swearing and harsh words from the victim. Feeling emotional, the suspect spontaneously took a sickle on the table and stabbed him. From the results of the investigation, it was found that there were 15 stab wounds all over the victim's body.

After the incident, the perpetrator immediately fled to Blitar. Two days later, the suspect was arrested on Jalan Srengat Subdistrict, Blitar Regency, on the border of Blitar and Tulungagung.

As a result of his actions, the Constitutional Court will be charged with Article 44 paragraph (3) of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence or Article 338 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
