Haris Azhar Ready To Meet Luhut In Court, Has Authentic Evidence
JAKARTA - Director of Lokatru Haris Azhar said he was ready to face trial for the alleged defamation case of Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.
"If asked if I am ready to go to court, God willing, I will be ready wherever I go," Haris told reporters, Monday, November 22.
Haris' readiness because of his statement which became the main problem in the case had a clear basis. Haris Azhar asserts that he has strong evidence.
"Because I'm not talking about lindur, I'm talking on YouTube, I'm making an event on YouTube with reference material," said Haris.
With this case, emerging parties who support it. The evidence he has continued Haris Azhar is getting more complete.
"In fact, I want to emphasize that today, after YouTube, I can increase my authentic documents," said Haris.
"So if you want to be brought to court, I will be happy because the court is an official forum and I will reveal in the official forum my documents and my friends' findings," he continued.
However, when asked about the evidence or documents he had, Haris refused to elaborate. The reason, he will convey in court.
"Wait a minute, just be patient," he said.
Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan previously stated that he no longer wanted to mediate with Haris Azhar and Fatia in the alleged defamation case. In fact, Luhut stated that it would be better if the case went to trial immediately.
"If the process is complete, I have conveyed it. I think it's better to meet in court, no problem," said Luhut.
The reason for his reluctance to mediate, said Luhut, was because the parties reported to have never attended the mediation invitation. Thus, the legal process is considered the best solution in its settlement.
In fact, Luhut stated that the trial process would prove who was guilty. Thus, the issues circulating will be proven true.
"Later, if he is wrong, then if I am wrong, it will be wrong," said Luhut.
