Woman Victim Of Water Spraying In Cianjur Dies, 90 Percent Burns

Director of Cianjur Hospital, Dr. Darmawan when contacted on Saturday, November 20, said the victim who came to the hospital was unconscious. He suffered burns 90 percent, due to hard water. The maximum treatment was carried out, the medical team to save the victim's life did not work. At around 20.30 WIB the victim breathed his last.

"We had planned to refer the victim to Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Bandung because of the injuries suffered more than 90 percent. But by nightfall, the victim died and currently his body is still stored in the morgue of the Cianjur Hospital," said Darmawan.

Previously, residents of Munjul Village were shocked by cries for help from the victim's family, on Saturday morning at around 1.30 WIB. Residents who heard the screams rushed to the location and found Sarah's body with burns lying on the terrace of the house.

Seeing this, the residents immediately took the victim who was doused with hard water by her husband, who just got married one month ago to the Cianjur Hospital, to get medical help. While the perpetrators of the watering are suspected to have fled.

"We immediately took the victim to the hospital because the burns suffered were quite severe. According to previous information from the family, the victim was involved in an argument with her husband who is a foreigner from a country in the Middle East and was immediately doused with hard water," said local RT head Iin Solihin.

He and the residents were able to find the whereabouts of the perpetrators. However, after committing the crime, he ran away. The family also reported the incident to the authorities. "The perpetrator fled immediately after dousing the victim. It is suspected that the perpetrator fled to Jakarta," he said.
