Nirina Zubir Says Notary Expelled Him When Asking For Data, After Reporting He Wanted Dialogue
JAKARTA - Nirina Zubir's family became victims of the land mafia. He has reported a number of parties involved in the asset embezzlement process to the Polda Metro Jaya. The report was made on behalf of his brother Fadhlan Karim at Polda Metro Jaya, with the report number LP/B/2844/VI/SPKT PMJ in June 2021 yesterday.
Before this case went to law, there was an effort from Nirina Zubir's family to resolve the problem amicably with the PPAT parties involved. However, these efforts failed until the case finally entered the legal route.
Nirina even said that she had been expelled by a notary when trying to solve this problem amicably. "When we arrived on good terms, when we came to look for data at PPAT Ina Rosiana, we were evicted. Instead, we were challenged, 'just go to legal channels,'" said Nirina's eldest brother, Fadlan Karim.
Fadlan revealed that Ina's notary secretary was not even surprised when a problem came. "When we arrived, the people in front said, "Wow, this is another problem, mother. It seems that they have had problems many times, but they passed. That's why we finally brought this matter to the realm of law," he added.
Responding to the statement of Nirina's family, Notaries and land certificate makers (PPAT), Faridah and Ina Rosiana, denied being called a conspiracy in the land mafia case with the victim Nirina Zubir. Both confirmed that they were doing their job properly.
"Our client in managing the certificates only carries out his duties and positions as a notary and PPAT. Our client is not a gang or syndicate of Riri Khasmita," said his second lawyer, Muadz Heidar in his statement, Friday, November 19.
The rebuttal, said Muadz, was based on Riri the main suspect who came to Faridah's office claiming to be the adopted son of Cut Indramartini, Nirina Zubir's parents.
At this time, Muadz said that Farida was trying to mediate with the victims, including Nirina Zubir, to prove that Farida and Ina were not collaborating with Riri. Farida wants to make peace and help Nirina to return the land certificate to its original state.
"Hopefully the complainant, the heirs of the late Ms. Cut Indria and other parties who have suffered losses will continue to give us the opportunity to have a dialogue, so that the problem can be resolved amicably," said Muadz.
This difference in explanation will certainly prolong the process that Nirina Zubir has to face in fighting for land rights belonging to his late mother.
