Disabled Impact Of Angry Wife Case Drunk Husband Sued 1 Year In Prison, 3 West Java Police Investigators Examined By Propam
BANDUNG - Three investigators from the West Java Regional Police were disabled due to alleged violations in the handling of cases where wives who angered their drunken husbands were sentenced to 1 year in prison.
The three investigators from the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation were previously ordered by the West Java Police Chief Inspector General Suntana to be transferred in order to undergo an examination by the West Java Police Propam.
"Based on all these results, the three people have been disabled," said Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Erdi A Chaniago in Bandung, West Java, quoted by Antara, Friday, November 19.
He confirmed that the three investigators who were deactivated were personnel involved in handling the case of Valencya, who was prosecuted in prison due to an alleged case of domestic violence. In that case, it is suspected that Valencya was the victim.
"With the emergence of these incidents on the orders of the Regional Police Chief, further investigations and investigations were carried out," said Erdi.
Some of these cases are known to be problematic and have long tails. Apart from the police, the prosecutor's office is also affected.
Currently nine prosecutors have also been temporarily disabled to undergo examination by the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision (Jamwas). Of the nine prosecutors, one of them is the Assistant for General Crime (Aspidum) of the West Java High Court.
So that the Aspidum of the West Java High Prosecutor's Office has now been replaced by the executor of the task, namely Riyono who is also the Assistant for Special Crimes (Aspidsus).
