Three Colors Realm Film Opens Jakarta Film Week 2021

JAKARTA - Jakarta Film Week 2021 officially opens on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at CGV Grand Indonesia, Jakarta. The opening night of this international film festival was attended by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan.

“Thank God, the Jakarta Film Week film festival will be held today until November 21. It's time for the film industry to adapt to the new normal. We hope that Jakarta Film Week will convey the message that Jakarta has an important festival that supports the revival of the film industry after the pandemic. Encouraging Indonesian films to be able to host in their own country and be charming guests in the international world," said Governor Anies Baswedan.

Rina Damayanti as the Festival Director also expressed her enthusiasm when watching Jakarta Film Week be held in the midst of a pandemic. Because with this festival, it is expected to be a momentum for the revival of the film industry after the pandemic that has occurred in the last two years.

"Hopefully, with the variety of events in this festival, filmmakers and film lovers can enjoy and can be a momentum for the revival of the post-pandemic film industry," said Rina.

Also present was Shenina Cinnamon as the Festival Ambassador who jointly participated in the official opening of Jakarta Film Week. The opening night activity was followed by watching the opening film, Realm of 3 Colors, by director Guntur Soeharjanto, which started at 19.00 WIB.

In addition to the invited guests, the general audience was also seen filling the screening studio for the film produced by MNC Pictures.

Jakarta Film Week will be held from 18-21 November 2021. The event will be held offline at CGV Grand Indonesia, Metropole Cinema XXI and Hotel Ashley Wahid Hasyim. Meanwhile, all online movie screenings can be watched exclusively through Vidio.com.
