Kabaharkam Polri: Carry Out WSBK Security Duties Politely And Humanely

MATARAM - The Head of the National Police's Security Maintenance Agency (Kabaharkam) Komjen Arief Sulistyanto advised all members of the security for the 2021 World Superbike (WSBK) racing event to continue to carry out their duties politely and humanely.

"I hope that all existing operational plans are carried out as well as possible. Be vigilant and consistent in the application of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). But remember, stay polite and humane," said Komjen Arief in a briefing on the deployment of troops and security facilities for WSBK 2021, at the Nurul Bilad Mosque Square, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) quoted by Antara, Thursday, November 18.

He also advised the person in charge of each security area to routinely check the duties of the personnel in the field as well as the readiness of the supporting facilities. Not forgetting about cross-sectoral coordination and cooperation, Arief reminded that they should be maintained properly.

"This is the beginning for us, a new experience for Indonesia, NTB in particular, so let's take this responsibility seriously. It's hard, but if implemented properly, the results will be good," continued Komjen Arief.

Kabaharkam Polri thanked all parties involved in securing world-class racing at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok.

"Congratulations on duty and hopefully we are all always given guidance and protection in carrying out our duties, and remember don't forget to always apply the COVID-19 health protocol," he said.

During the ceremony, there were police security officers together with the TNI, Jasa Raharja, Basarnas, the Transportation Service, Satpol-PP, and the Fire Department.

Representatives of officers who are in the security area of the Mandalika Circuit are present with a number of security support facilities. In fact, it appears that one of them is also lining up in the ranks of the TNI's defense equipment, Panzer Anoa, issued by PT Pindad.
