VIDEO: Perpetrators Of Sexual Abuse Of 14 Children In Lenteng Agung Once Became Victims Of Harassment

JAKARTA - The arrest of F (29), the perpetrator of sexual abuse of 14 underage boys, revealed a number of facts behind the incident that occurred in a tenement house in the Lenteng Agung area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Azis Andriansyah said the perpetrator had been a victim of sexual harassment. So, said the Police Chief, the perpetrators are addicted and do it to children.
