Police Determine 5 Suspects In Land Mafia Case With Victim Nirina Zubir, Former ART Becomes The Master Of Crime

JAKARTA - The police have named five suspects in the land mafia case with the victim Nirina Zubir. Of the five suspects, one of them is a former household assistant (ART).

"So there have been five people who have been named as suspects, where the victim is Mba Nirina Zubir," said Head of the Harda Sub-Directorate of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Petrus Silalahi when confirmed, Wednesday, November 17.

The ART was named Riri Khasmita. He was the mastermind of the crime by changing the ownership of six land titles.

"This Riri reversed the names of all the certificates of ownership by using a figure," said Petrus.

"(The evil brain) Yes, we describe it that way," he continued.

The other two suspects are Riri's husband and a notary. They helped in a series of changes to Nirina Zubir's land certificate.

As for the remaining suspects, said Petrus, no arrests have been made. Because, they will be examined in the near future.

"We will reschedule, as soon as possible," said Petrus.

In this case, the suspects were charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 263 of the Criminal Code. They face up to five years in prison.

For information, Nirina Zubir became a victim of the land mafia. There are 6 land certificates that suddenly change ownership status.

In that case, Nirina is said to have suffered a loss of Rp. 17 billion.
