Like Dino Patti Djalal, Mrs. Nirina Zubir Was Affected By The Land Mafia Case Up To Rp17 Billion Loss
JAKARTA - Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dino Patti Djalal once revealed the losses suffered by his mother because of the land mafia. Apparently, the mother of artist Nirina Zubir also experienced the same thing.
Wednesday, November 17, Nirina Zubir and his family admitted that they had become victims of the land mafia in the form of embezzlement of land and building assets. This case stems from the involvement of a former household assistant (ART), Riri Khasmita with the land mafia.
"So in 2017, my mother said that the files were lost. When I asked her, she said someone had already taken care of it, Riri was the one who took care of it. But instead of being taken care of, the letter was blamed for using it by changing the name of the ownership," said Fadlan, brother. Nirina's first to the media.
Nirina explained that there are six land and building assets in the name of Cut Indria Marzuki's mother, whose names have been changed. The details are two land certificates and four land and building certificates.
Her mother's two land certificates have been sold to third parties. Meanwhile, Riri has pledged the four building assets to the Bank.
"(The land certificate) was exchanged with their names, then sold and used to open a Frozen chicken branch, which currently has five branches," he said, quoted from the Paragram Official YouTube Channel.
According to Nirina Zubir, Riri was assisted by three Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT) in the process of transferring names to properties located in the West Jakarta area. He regretted that there were parties from the notary who assisted in the embezzlement of assets by former household members. They work together to become a land mafia to take over his mother's property.
