The Man Who Caused Fire In Koja Often Threatens His Parents With Knives
JAKARTA - Koja Police Chief Kompol Abdul Rasyid has examined two witnesses related to the fire that hit 45 houses on Jalan Sindang RW 08, Koja, North Jakarta.
"We have examined two witnesses to the incident. But the public knows that there may be more witnesses," said the police chief when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, November 17.
In addition to examining two eye witnesses, the police claimed that they had not called the parents of the perpetrator, SW (51), because they were still undergoing treatment at the hospital due to the house burning incident by their son, YAC (26).
"The perpetrator's parents fainted last night, the community took them to the hospital. We don't know whether they have gone home or not," said Police Commissioner Abdul Rasyid.
Police also have not conducted an examination of the perpetrators of YAC because they are still waiting for peace of mind from the perpetrators.
So far, YAC is known by residents to often fight with their families. Even YAC often threatened to kill his father and mother.
"The child often takes action by scolding his parents, even parents want to be stabbed or killed," he said.
According to the information compiled, the cause of YAC's commotion with his parents was that YAC was not allowed to marry by his family. This is because YAC is still unemployed.
"It might happen like that. Maybe parents forbid marriage because there is no work. In addition to psychological examinations, the perpetrators will be examined for urine," he said.
Previously, it was reported that investigators from the Koja Police were still investigating the case of a house burning that spread to dozens of other houses by a young man suspected of being stressed with the initials YAC (26), a resident of Jalan Fort Timur, Koja, North Jakarta.
YAC is still languishing in the Koja Sector Police to calm himself from the angry mob's anger over his actions. The reason is that residents are angry because YAC was the main cause of the 45 house fire on Jalan Sindang RW 08, Koja, North Jakarta, Tuesday, November 16, yesterday afternoon. Luckily, YAC's life was saved by members of the Koja Police who arrived at the scene of the fire.
"We secure what is important is not to be attacked by the masses. We will remain silent until the perpetrator is calm at the Koja Police, so that information can be taken later," said Koja Police Chief Kompol Abdul Rasyid when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, November 17.
