Ari Lasso's Latest Appearance, Bald Due To Cancer Chemotherapy

JAKARTA - After admitting to suffering from cancer, Ari Lasso is now undergoing chemotherapy. To Deddy Corbuzier, Ari once revealed his struggle with cancer.

"So I got a very rare cancer in the spleen. I underwent surgery to remove the organ and the mass from the cancer. Totally. This is the spleen, the tumor is twice as big, it's really big," said Ari Lasso, quoted from Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel, Wednesday, September 8th.

Ari Lasso said the cancer was malignant and rare, the cancer in his body was different from most cases.

"People usually get lymphoma, the lymph nodes are lumpy, he will often faint, anemia then causes damage to the spleen. For me, it's the other way around. The spleen is cancerous," he said.

Tuesday, November 16, Ari Lasso gave an update regarding his health. He said he was undergoing chemotherapy. He uploaded a new photo of him being in the hospital with a bald head.

"Dare to post. Already the 3rd chemo, already half way through, of course because of God's inclusion and all of your prayers and support," he wrote.

"I'm already bald like @ahmaddhaniofficial @mastercorbuzier @duniamanji, but I'm sure I can still grow and be long again. Thank you for the prayers, friends, love u full!!! God will reply," continued Ari Lasso.
