JAKARTA - JPX Helmet is a local Indonesian helmet product under the auspices of PT Jaya Plastik Mandiri. The name JPX Helmet itself comes from the company name, namely Jaya Plastik.

Named JPX, because the type of helmet created is an "eXploration" of the current design needed by riders. The creation of the JPX Helmet started from the owner's love for motorcycles and fashion.

In Indonesia, having a good helmet has so far been dominated by foreign helmets with exorbitant prices. From there, his desire was poured into the JPX helmet which gave birth to helmets with the best design and quality, but still at an affordable price.

"Yes, we want to fulfill the wishes of the riders who need a quality helmet but at a good price," said Eka Benyanto as the owner of JPX Helmet, in a written statement, Saturday, November 13.

The JPX Helmet was first launched in September 2014. This locally made original helmet has its own distinctive features from its design with an "eXtreme" design and tries to follow the existing trends, but still displays Indonesian characteristics.

For the safety of the rider, JPX Helmet has ensured for its safety so that JPX Helmet already has an SNI (Indonesian National Standard) security certificate and most of them also have DOT (Department of Transport) and ECE (Economic Community of Europe) standards.

In addition, the types of helmets that are produced cover all types of motorcycles, but the main focus of JPX Helmet is designing helmets for off-road style motorcycles.

With an "eXtreme" style modular (semi-modular) helmet design, the JPX Helmet is equipped with a glass that can be hidden inside the helmet, making it look simple but still stylish.

"Already well-known among artists, JPX Helmet has collaborated with RANS, Dead Squad, Wali Band, NTRL, Prediction motorcycle club and local apparel brand, Roughneck," he explained.

Not only that, this year JPX Helmet will also make a new breakthrough by launching a helmet specifically designed for riders who have a partner.

"We deliberately designed helmets for riders who want to ride with a partner, either with a motif or overall helmet design," explained Eka Benyanto.
