Investigating Allegations Of Corruption In Land Procurement At SMKN 7 Tangsel, KPK Investigates The Flow Of Money And Fictitious Documents
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the flow of money to a number of parties and the existence of a fictitious feasibility study document related to the land acquisition process at SMKN 7 Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel).
The anti-corruption commission investigators conducted the investigation into these two matters by summoning a number of witnesses for two consecutive days from Thursday, November 11 to today or Friday, November 12.
In today's examination, which was held at the Class I Immigration Office of Non TPI Serang, the KPK examined six witnesses. Those who have been investigated are the Head of RT 02 RW O3 Rengas, Iis Suryati; Head of RW 08, Deddy H Widodo; and the Secretary of Rengas Village, Teguh Oktariyadi.
In addition, investigators have also examined the Secretary of the East Ciputat District, Sarifudin and the Head of RW 03, Ahmad Senan.
"The witnesses were present and confirmed, among others, related to the process of land acquisition and acquisition for the construction of SMKN 7 Tangsel and the alleged flow of money to several parties related to this case," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Prevention Ipi Maryati to reporters, Friday, 12 November.
The KPK actually summoned another witness, namely Surya, who is a private party. However, he was not present and will be rescheduled.
Meanwhile, on the previous day, nine witnesses were examined. They are the staff of PT Gemilang Berkah Consultant in 2017-2018, Oka Kurniawan; Director of PT NSU Adhitama, Harry Yudho Pratomo; and Director of CV Bighi Consultant, Asep Darmawan.
Then, the KPK also examined the Director of PT Armudi Pradana Consultant, Suaeb; Director of PT Quantum Prima Mekatama, Cecep Ridwan Krisnawan; Director of CV Adiwangsa Pratama; Director of PT Ardiana Dwi Yasa Consultant, Didik Suryanto; and Director of PT NSU Adhitama, Harry Yudho Pratomo.
"Witnesses were present and confirmed, among others, related to the alleged use of fictitious feasibility study documents by parties related to this case," said Ipi.
Previously reported, the KPK announced that it was investigating allegations of corruption at the Banten Province Education and Culture Office (Disdikbud). This riot is related to land acquisition to build SMKN 7 South Tangerang in 2017.
Not only that, the KPK has also conducted searches at the homes and offices of related parties in the Jakarta, South Tangerang, Serang, and Bogor areas. The search found evidence including documents, electronic goods and 2 cars.
Even though it has explained that there was a search, the KPK is still closed about the construction of this alleged corruption case and who has been named as a suspect. Later, information delivery and announcements of those involved will be made when arrests or detentions are made.
