Olivia Submits Suspension, Nia Daniaty Becomes Guarantor
JAKARTA - Olivia Nathania filed for a suspension of detention for the alleged CPNS fraud case. In the application, Nia Daniaty will be the guarantor.
"We also have assurances from Nia Daniaty as parents that Oi did not run away," said Olivia's lawyer, Susanti, to reporters, Friday, November 12.
In addition, Susanti also mentioned that there were several reasons behind the application for a suspension of detention. One of them is because of Olivia's physical and psychological condition which requires treatment.
"Her (Olivia) health condition is not psychological enough in treatment, she goes to the hospital but there must be considerations," said Susanti.
In addition, Susanti continued, her client was always cooperative during the investigation and investigation process. So, it is worth considering for investigators not to make arrests.
"The reason is that he will cooperate," said Susanti.
Olivia Nathania has been named a suspect in the alleged CPNS fraud case. In fact, Olivia has been detained at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center.
However, for now only Olivia has been named a suspect. Although, in this case Olivia's husband was also reported.
In this case, Olivia is charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud. He faces a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison.
