Guaranteed By Nia Daniaty And Health Condition, Olivia Nathania Requests City Detention

JAKARTA - The suspect in the alleged CPNS fraud case, Olivia Nathania, has filed for a suspension of detention. The reason, because of health conditions.

"We ask for city detention," said Olivia's lawyer, Susanti, to reporters, Friday, November 12.

The application for the suspension of child detention from Nia Danianty was also submitted last night or after Olivia officially stayed at the Prodeo Hotel Polda Metro Jaya.

There are at least three reasons behind the application for a suspension of detention. One of them is because of Olivia's health condition.

"Her (Olivia) health condition is not psychological enough in treatment, she goes to the hospital but there must be considerations," said Susanti.

In addition, Susanti continued, her client was always cooperative during the investigation and investigation process. So, it is worth considering for investigators not to make arrests.

"The reason is that he will cooperate. We also have assurances from Nia Daniaty as parents that Oi didn't run away," Susanti said.

Olivia Nathania has been named a suspect in the alleged CPNS fraud case. In fact, Olivia has been detained at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center.

However, for now only Olivia has been named a suspect. Although, in this case Olivia's husband was also reported.

In this case, Olivia is charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud. He faces a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison.
