Anita Kolopaking Is Absent From The First Investigation As A Suspect In The Case Of Jalan Djoko Tjandra Issuance

JAKARTA - Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, said that Anita Kolopaking was absent from the first investigation as a suspect in the case of the issuance of the pass and COVID-19 free letters used by Djoko Tjandra.

"No (examination) came," said Argo to reporters, Tuesday, August 4.

Investigators will resubmit a second interrogation summons scheduled for Friday, August 7.

"Anita still sent the second summons by the investigators to be present on Friday to hear her statement as a suspect," said Argo.

Anita Kolopaking was named a suspect in the case of the issuance of the travel and free papers used by Djoko Tjandra, on Thursday, July 30.

The determination of the suspect against Anita was based on the results of the examination of 23 witnesses and evidence discussed in the case title. So, Anita was accused by Article 263 (2) and Article 223 of the Criminal Code.
