SAR Team Evacuation Of Tourists Who Died At Pink Beach
LABUAN BAJO - The joint SAR team evacuated tourists who died at Pink Beach, Komodo National Park (TNK) area, West Manggarai, NTT.
"I received a report from the ship's management that one tourist drowned on Pink Beach and it happened at 16.30 WITA," said Labuan Bajo SAR Post Coordinator Edy Suryono in Labuan Bajo, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, November 10.
Based on the information obtained, the victim was found to have been floating in the water. The victim also had time to get treatment for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as a first aid effort.
The victim was then taken to the nearest health facility in Komodo Village. The victim was evacuated from the Komodo Village Assistance Health Center by the joint SAR Team.
The victim with the initials G (49) is a tourist from Jakarta. He went on a one-day trip with the tourist routes of Padar Island, Komodo Island, and Pink Beach.
Upon arriving at Labuan Bajo Harbor at 21.06 WITA, the victim was immediately taken by ambulance to Komodo Labuan Bajo Hospital.
Meanwhile, based on information from a friend of the victim who was met at the Komodo Labuan Bajo Hospital, the victim did not give any complaints while traveling.
The joint SAR team involved in the evacuation consisted of members of the West Manggarai SAR Post, Lanal Labuan Bajo, KSOP Labuan Bajo, KP3 Laut Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Police, Polairud Labuan Bajo NTT Police, Komodo National Park Hall, and the medical team from the Labuan Port Health Office. bajo.
