6.4 Magnitude Aftershocks Shake Again Nicaragua

JAKARTA - An aftershock with a magnitude of 6.4 occurred near the coast of Nicaragua on Tuesday, November 9 morning, according to information from the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).

According to the authorities, a few hours earlier an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 also hit the area.

The most recent quake, with a larger magnitude, was 60 km deep, the EMSC said. This was reported by Reuters from Antara.
