Besides Threat Letters, Densus 88 Found This At Veronica Koman's Parents' House

JAKARTA - The Anti-terror Detachment 88 is conducting a crime scene (TKP) related to the terror act at the house of Papuan activist, Veronica Koman. As a result, threatening letters and red paint were found.

"There were paint splatters, red paint scattered in the garage," said Head of Operations Assistance for Densus 88 Kombes Aswin Siregar when confirmed, Monday, November 8.

With this finding, it is assumed that the motive behind the terror act is a threat. However, further research is needed to prove this allegation.

"It is thought that this is a form of threat to the occupants of the house related to Veronica Koman's actions," said Aswin.

Aswin stated that Densus 88 Anti-terror would not take over the case. This incident is still being handled by Polda Metro Jaya and Polres Metro West Jakarta.

However, if later there is an element of terrorism taking over the case, it could happen.

"They (received the report from the family as an initial threat. Later there will be an examination from the Polda Metro Jaya or Polres Metro West Jakarta, if it leads (terrorists) later they will come to us," said Aswin.

The terrorist act took place at Veronica KOMAN's parents' house on Jalan U, Jelambar Baru Gropet, West Jakarta, on Sunday, November 7.
