A Series Of Problems That Are The Reason For PKP To Hold Munaslub: Office Sealing, Finance, To Forgery Of Signatures By The Chief
JAKARTA - The Justice and Unity Party (PKP) is rumored to be holding an Extraordinary National Deliberation (Munaslub) to hold the General Chairperson, Yussuf Solichien accountable for various problems that arise within the party. have arrived from various regions, namely from provincial administrators. Until now, the majority of cadres have wanted the event to be held. "As far as I know, the number is more than 50 percent. This means that there is a majority. Politically, I think this shows that the level of trust of the Provincial Leadership Council (DPP) management from all over Indonesia to the General Chair is very low," Indri said in his statement to VOI, Sunday, November 7th.
"That's why the proposal letter for the meeting sent by the DPP said it was clear, that they were asking for accountability from the general chairman," he continued.
Indri revealed that cadres in the regions also questioned the existence of policies that were considered detrimental to administrators in the regions. For example, there was a DPP that informed that its office was sealed by the central management. Even the information, he said, was also an alleged forgery of signatures by the person concerned.
"Well, in this case, it's only natural that the board wants to ask for accountability from the General Chair as the leader of the National Leadership Council (DPN)," said Indri.
"The problem that occurred in one DPP finally sparked solidarity from many other DPPs. Obviously they all do not accept being treated arbitrarily like that," he continued.
Apart from that, continued Indri, another problem that the DPPs questioned was about AD/ART and the management of the DPN. For example, there are issues about the AD/ART being changed, there are articles that according to the drafting team have been deleted but have reappeared, and the existence of several versions of the AD/ART that have been found has made PKP cadres even more suspicious.
"Then in the AD/ART there are also several deputy chairmen, but the fact is that the PKP only has one deputy chairman. If you say several, it means more than two, why is there only one?," said Indri surprised.
The most glaring problem that became a question for the DPP management, said Indri, was the number of meetings held by General Chairman Yussuf Solichien, but did not invite Secretary General Said Salahudin. "The invitation to the meeting that was signed was actually the deputy secretary general. The position of the secretary general was trying to be weakened. Whatever his program seemed to be hampered. Even though it was for the party's interest. To the extent that in the party structure the Secretary General was placed under the head of the division on the grounds that the AD/ART set it up like that," said Indri.
"People throughout Indonesia who do not understand the law must also know that the position of the secretary general is strategic. Only the general chairman and the secretary general can act for and on behalf of the party. I'm also a legal person, just understand things like this," added Indri angrily.
It was not enough, the PKP cadres and administrators also questioned the party's finances. Where, said Indri, everything is completely unclear. "The funding for my program in the media sector has never been reduced. It is not uncommon for administrators to have to spend private money for the party's interests. Even though according to the AD/ART, party funding is the responsibility of the general chairman," he said.
"Instead of being slanderous, it's better to do an audit of the party's finances. The management has the right to know where the party's money has been coming in from, how much it has been going out, for what purpose. Well, that can be seen from transactions in party accounts. audit," said Indri.
Not without reason, Indri admitted that he disclosed the problem because there was no room for expressing opinions in internal party meetings. In fact, sending messages via the Whatsapp messaging service was ignored by the leadership.
"If I talk like this, there will definitely be someone who will say why internal problems are exposed to the public, it should be discussed in a meeting. Surely someone will talk like that, I understand very well. I just removed the party rules in the WhatsApp group. It wasn't just me, there were also other wasekjens and department officials who were removed from WAG just because they discussed party rules. There really is no freedom of speech," he explained.
Therefore, the Deputy Secretary General of the PKP felt that he had to voice all these problems so that all administrators in the regions, from provincial, district/city, sub-district, to village/kelurahan officials, including PKP cadres throughout Indonesia knew the real state of the party.
"If I don't vote, how will they know that there are many problems going on in the PKP. They have the right to know about the problems in their party," said Indri. To note, added Indri, the holding of the Munaslub was not only proposed by the DPP-DPP, but was also supported by many cadres in the DPN who felt that there was something wrong in the management of this party. "That's why it is important that the Munaslub be held immediately. The general chairman himself has invited the Munaslub to be held. I stand by that statement," he said.
