Violating The Limit Of Stay, Cianjur Immigration Deports Foreigners From Algeria
CIANJUR - Class III Immigration Office Non Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) Cianjur, West Java, deported RB (28), an Algerian citizen, who has lived in Indonesia for more than 60 days, so far the person concerned lives and resides in Cipanas-Cianjur District .
Head of Immigration Class III Non TPI Cianjur, Denny Irawan, said that after receiving the report, he immediately went to the RB in Cipanas District, to carry out Administrative Immigration and Deportation actions against the Algerian citizen.
"From the results of the RB inspection, it has been proven that he overstayed or violated the stay limit, so he was immediately deported through the Soekarno Hatta International Airport Immigration checkpoint with Turkish Airlines flight number TK-57," he said.
He explained, from the results of the examination, RB was suspected of violating the provisions of Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.
"The foreigner has expired his residence permit and is still in Indonesia for more than 60 days," he said. So that immigration officials are authorized to take Immigration Administrative actions against foreigners who are in Indonesian territory who carry out dangerous activities and are reasonably suspected of endangering security and public order or do not respect or do not obey the laws and regulations.
His party will continue to enforce the law against foreigners who exceed the residence permit or temporary work permit, if not extended, so that strict sanctions will be deported. Even his party appealed if they found a foreigner who lived without a permit and his residence permit exceeded the limit, he could report it to his office.
"If there are foreigners who live more than the limit or do not have a residence permit, they can report it to us, for us to act with strict sanctions of deportation," he said.
