SAR Team Finds 3 Bojonegoro Boat Overturned Victims
SURABAYA - The SAR team and joint officers found the bodies of three victims of an overturned boat passenger in Bengawan Solo, Semambung Village, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java.
"Today, three people were found dead," said Head of the Surabaya SAR Office Hari Adi Purnomo, quoted by Antara, Thursday, November 4.
Based on the data collected, so far the number of survivors is 10 people, three people were found dead, and it is estimated that there are still several people who have not been found.
Three victims are dead and have been evacuated, namely Agus Tutin (male/28 years old) found about 1.3 kilometers from the scene.
Then, the victim, named Toro (male/40 years old), was found about 50 meters from the scene.
The third victim is Kasian (male/65 years old), estimated to be the boat driver, who was found about 1 kilometer from the point of occurrence.
"All the victims who died were evacuated and taken to the morgue of the Tuban Hospital," he said.
Meanwhile, the identities of 10 passengers survived, namely two people from Bojonegoro Madiani (62 years) and Hafis (4), Mujianto (30) from Rembang, and seven other people from Tuban, each Budi (24), Arif Dwi ( 39), Tarmuji (56), Abdullah Dimyati (3), Tasmiatun Nikmah (33), Noviandi (29) and Abdul Hadi (9).
Previously, on the morning of Wednesday, November 3, there was a boat accident which is a means of crossing transportation in Semambung Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro.
The boat carrying passengers and motorbikes overturned, allegedly due to very strong currents.
