Zulhas Praise To Ganjar Pranowo: Many PAN Cadres Are Fans Of Mas Ganjar
JAKARTA - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo attended the Central Java National Mandate Party (PAN) Regional Work Meeting, in Semarang. Ganjar's arrival also received sky-high praise from the General Chairman of PAN, Zulkifli Hasan.
When giving his speech, Ganjar welcomed all participants and prayed for the Central Java PAN Regional Work Meeting I to run smoothly. Hopefully PAN, he said, can make important decisions that are good for the people.
Ganjar had a chance to talk about the difficulty of handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Central Java, so he asked for some input from the ambassadors of the Republic of Indonesia in three countries.
"At the beginning of the pandemic, I had time to learn with ambassadors in China, Vietnam, and others. What steps should be taken to overcome this pandemic problem. It turned out that after I learned that tightening health protocols and budget strength were very important to overcome COVID-19," he said, Thursday November 4th.
Ganjar also gave a report to the General Chair of PAN Zulkifli Hasan regarding the performance of the provincial council members from the PAN faction who strongly supported the government's program.
"Bang Zul, a member of the provincial legislature from the PAN faction has always supported the government. Even though during the local elections he was not supported, politics is dynamic. It fits perfectly, you have to jump, it's not enough like this," he said.
"Mas Ganjar is successful in Central Java. If Central Java is successful, later it can be successful everywhere. Many PAN cadres are actually 'fans' with the figure of Mas Ganjar, many fans," said Zulhas to Ganjar.
According to Zulhas, PAN has now become a rational and sane political party, so it is not surprising that under his leadership, PAN fully supports the Joko Widodo-Ma'ruf Amin government.
"The post-election narratives twice made us more rational. I have also discussed with the administrators, none of them refused to support the government. The current PAN is neither on the left nor on the right. We are sane to strengthen the government," he said.
His party is ready to support Governor Ganjar Pranowo to find solutions to the problems that exist in Central Java.
"We need to discuss the problems that were conveyed by Mas Ganjar. After all, Pak Prabowo and Sandiaga Uno have become ministers," he said.
