"There are reports from residents via Instagram, so the person (the reporter) doesn't have to come to the (Kembangan Police) office. Even if there is (an incident) via Instagram, please report it. This service is to facilitate the public in every police reporting process. So if there is a disturbance in the kamtibmas, the police can immediately take action and secure the location.
"In Instagram there is a number for our call center so that residents can immediately report it," he said.
AKP Ferdo also appealed to the people in the Kembangan area to immediately contact the call center in the event of a security and security disturbance.
"We, the Kembangan Police, receive reports either directly to the Polsek or through social media on the Kembangan Police's Instagram or call center 021-5866555," he said.
In addition to facilitating reporting via the call center, the Kembangan Police also places members in plain clothes at points prone to street crime.
